Concept

The urban development and open space concept „Green Network” follows the guiding principle of integrating built structures with the surrounding landscape. Based on this spatial strategy, the neighbourhood is divided into five distinct areas, interwoven with a network of green corridors. This structure ensures that most residential units benefit from direct proximity to open green space.
The concept provides an optimal framework for realising the key principles of sustainable urban development –
including the sponge city model, the city as a living biotope, plus-energy neighbourhoods, and the idea of the 15-minute city.
