Work continues on Herthastraße!

With the meteorological start of spring, work on the construction site on Herthastraße continues. Both the front building and the garden house have now emerged from the ground—from now on, it's upward!

Construction progress at McGraw

Despite snow and ice, we visited our Munich construction site on the former McGraw barracks and gathered many great impressions.

Structural works for Buildings A and B have now been completed, while Building C continues to rise. The images show the varying stages of progress in the façade construction.

Progress on Herthastraße!

Since construction began in October, significant progress has been made. The excavation works for the front building and rear garden building on Herthastraße have been completed. While structural works have already started on the rear building, preparations are currently underway for the foundation slab of the front building. As soon as temperatures rise slightly, construction will continue.

DGNB Gold Pre-Certificate

The sustainable and future-proof overall concept for our neighborhood on Dreilingsweg was awarded the DGNB Gold pre-certificate at EXPO REAL!

The neighborhood on Dreilingsweg creates an exciting relationship between spatial formation and permeability through meandering structures designed as open courtyard structures. This creates differentiated, high-quality open spaces. The urban development concept for the new city district thus combines green living with the advantages of a dense, lively neighborhood. - Residential space, retail outlets, kindergartens, and social facilities are to be built here on a gross floor area of 97,000 m².
