Completion of Wiesentfelserstraße

The former shopping centre on Wiesentfelser Straße first opened in 1968. Our new-build neighbourhood centre on the same site has now been completed – combining affordable housing with retail, services and a family centre. A vibrant, mixed-use neighbourhood hub with valuable urban open spaces. Higher density – yet at the same time more greenery than before.

Studio M³ OFFSITE

We left our desks for a day to explore new neighborhoods!

After zanderroth guided us through their exciting residential project on Zelterstraße, we viewed the construction progress of our own project on Herthastraße, just a few minutes' walk away.

In the afternoon, we took a walk with Ticket B along the architectural icons of the International Building Exhibition of the 1980s. The tour ended at Fraenkelufer, which is part of our new neighborhood—more on that soon!

Topping-out Ceremony on Herthastraße

A lot has happened at the construction site on Herthastraße since the groundbreaking ceremony in September! This week, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony!

Work continues on Herthastraße!

With the meteorological start of spring, work on the construction site on Herthastraße continues. Both the front building and the garden house have now emerged from the ground—from now on, it's upward!

Construction progress at McGraw

Despite snow and ice, we visited our Munich construction site on the former McGraw barracks and gathered many great impressions.

Structural works for Buildings A and B have now been completed, while Building C continues to rise. The images show the varying stages of progress in the façade construction.
